4. Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers to operate Aituci, including authentication, payment, hosting, content delivery, storage and security providers. These may include Clerk, Creem, Vercel and Cloudflare. They process information only for the services they provide and under their own contractual and legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Aituci and its service providers may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, measure service performance and complete checkout. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.
6. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. International processing
Aituci and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, or request a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.
9. Children
Aituci is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
