1. The service
Aituci provides a searchable library of curated AI image, video, copywriting and workflow cases. Free access may include previews; paid plans may include full prompts, copying, favorites and other features shown on the pricing page.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share, sell or transfer your account.
3. Memberships, billing and renewal
Prices, billing periods and included features are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record and are also subject to Creem’s Buyer Terms.
A recurring subscription renews automatically for the selected billing period until it is cancelled. Applicable taxes and final charges are shown at checkout.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the subscription-management option made available in your account or through the Creem Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.
5. Refunds
If you have a billing or service problem, contact us at the support email below. Refund requests are reviewed according to the nature of the issue, Creem’s applicable buyer terms and mandatory consumer-protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Permitted use
A membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access Aituci content for learning, creative reference and your own creation process during the applicable access period.
- Do not copy, scrape, bulk-download, republish, resell or redistribute the library or substantial collections of prompts.
- Do not share paid access, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use automated systems in a way that burdens or harms it.
- Do not use Aituci to violate law, third-party rights or the terms and safety rules of any AI model or platform.
7. AI outputs and third-party services
Prompts are references and results may vary by model, version, settings and input. Aituci does not guarantee a particular output, commercial suitability, originality or non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, model-provider terms and third-party rights.
Links and integrations with third-party services are governed by those providers’ own terms. Aituci is not responsible for third-party availability or changes.
8. Intellectual property
The Aituci website, organization, branding, software and original editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited access right above, no ownership right is transferred to you.
9. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features and case content may be corrected, updated, removed or changed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, abuses the service or fails to pay applicable charges. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aituci is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, AI outputs or third-party services. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new date. If a material change affects an active paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
